A group of childhood friends, we built one of the best retailer networks in Oregon through a company called LTRMN. Bulk flower. Dispensary relationships. Network first, product later.

The First Stick
Oregon's recreational cannabis market was brand new and already a mess.
The simplest product in cannabis, a pre-rolled joint, was still a gamble. Will it burn even? Will it stay lit? Is it any good?
STICKS will.
A one gram hemp cone full of precision milled Oregon flower. Nothing complicated. Just a preroll that shows up every time. That was the whole bet.
It paid off. We made them by the millions.

Then came the M&A. STICKS went to California and the filled it with mids.
What had been locally owned and locally loved started to look like just another corporate cannabis company.

The resources, the infrastructure, the scale. All the hard work paying off.
It wasn't. It didn't.
Instead it was just more suits and more mids. Many such cases.

Just the boys getting the band back together.
