STICKS is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Bend, Oregon.
This is a field job. You will do promo days at dispensaries and events, talk with budtenders and customers, explain what makes STICKS worth reaching for, and turn good conversations into sales and lasting shop relationships.
What You Will Do
- Run promo activations at dispensaries and events.
- Build real relationships with budtenders and customers.
- Check inventory and report what is moving, what is low, and what is not.
- Track every shift completely and on time.
- Pass activity reports and field intel to the Sales Manager.
What We Are Looking For
You know weed and people. You like talking to strangers. You show up early, keep your phone in your pocket, and stay engaged with the people in front of you.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Current OLCC Marijuana Handler Permit.
- Cannabis industry and retail experience.
- Reliable local transportation.
- Ability to work 8 to 10 hour shifts on your feet.
Product knowledge can be taught. Showing up on time, staying off your phone, and being glad to be there cannot.
