TWELVE NAMES. ALL OURS.STICKS Trademarks 12 Signature Flavor and Strain Names in Oregon
Twelve names. All ours. Now it's on the record.
On May 26, 2026, the Oregon Secretary of State registered twelve STICKS flavor and strain names as Oregon trademarks. Oregon Strawberries, Yeti Snacks, Atomic Thunder Pop, Mt Hood Magic, PDX Diesel and seven more are now registered STICKS trademarks.
Every filing is public. Each name below links straight to its record in the Oregon Secretary of State archive.
The twelve registered STICKS trademarks
The STICKS bow tie badge logo joined the list earlier this year as Oregon Reg. No. 53964, registered March 6, 2026.
Why we did it
A STICKS name is a promise. When you ask your budtender for Yeti Snacks, you should get Yeti Snacks: the same citrus-and-cream flavor, the same STICKS quality, the same infused preroll you picked last time.
A lot of popular strain names get borrowed and passed around between brands. Our names are ours from the terp and flavor profiles to the name: You never had it before STICKS and you'll never have it anywhere else.
It also matters more in cannabis than in most industries. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office generally won't register marks for cannabis products while cannabis stays federally illegal, so state registration is the strongest tool an Oregon cannabis brand has. We're using it.
Flavors, strains, whatever you call them
Some people call them strains. We call them flavors. Either way, these are the names Oregon already asks for by name, sorted by how they hit:
Sativa
Hybrid
Indica
Most of these names come from real Oregon places: Haystack Rock, Mt Hood, Bandon, Seaside, Cascade Locks, the Willamette Valley, Portland. That's not an accident. Explore them all on the STICKS flavor page.
Another step in building STICKS
STICKS has been rolling in Oregon since 2016. Earlier this year STICKS held every spot in Oregon's top 10 prerolls. The bow tie badge was registered in March. Now the flavor names are too.
The brand is the badge, the flavors and the names. All three are now on file with the State of Oregon.
